Lombardy Hotel New York

My husband and I had such a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was absolutely perfect, right in the heart of everything but without the noise and crowds. There was a cozy coffee shop next door where we enjoyed delicious morning coffees. Plus, it was just a short walk to Central Park, which was a great bonus for us nature lovers.

We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a luxurious and comfortable stay.

Our stay in the heart of Manhattan was nothing short of amazing. We were a stone's throw away from great restaurants, the Lexington subway, and popular destinations such as Times Square and Central Park. The room was spacious and clean, complete with a well-maintained bathroom and excellent service by the staff. We enjoyed complimentary breakfast, and the Wi-Fi worked perfectly throughout our stay. Not to mention, the location put us in walking distance to the city's best attractions.

There was some noise from construction nearby.

Everything was nice, had a perfect stay in the hotel. Great beds and central heating, a personal safe and a writing table. We where in a hurry, but the continental breakfast looked satisfactory. The venue had a STUNNING location near an antique store.

The location of the hotel was perfect for our family. It was conveniently situated near stores, Central Park, and the museums we wanted to visit. The room we stayed in was spacious and comfortable, with a large bed that provided a great night's sleep. The bathroom was clean and well-maintained, and the service provided by the staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast included in the price was a nice addition, and we enjoyed starting our days with a delicious meal. the hotel had everything we needed for a pleasant stay.

One downside was that the room we stayed in was a bit outdated in terms of decor.

We loved staying at this hotel. The location was perfect for exploring the city with easy access to the subway stations and Midtown attractions. The staff were helpful in finding a car hire service, and the room amenities were excellent with tea and coffee facilities, an in-room safe, and comfortable seating. We also loved the spa centre which offered great beauty treatments.

Although the staff were not the friendliest, they still did a good job, and we were grateful for their assistance in finding cabs and limo services. We appreciated the free breakfast offered here which had fresh and tasty food.

Luxurious hotel, clean, helpful staff, location close to the park was best possible. The service was excellent, the food was great. Also, I loved how ideal the location was.

Everything was great, fairly clean hotel, unbeatable location close to the museums. The room was non-smoking with 2 queen beds, I loved it. Extraordinarily friendly staff team from doorman's ensuring guest satisfaction.

The location of this hidden gem is absolutely fantastic, with easy access to Central Park and all amenities.

The venue is small and boutique, its location is ideal, just off Central Park, Times Square, a wonderful whole food market.

I stayed at The Lombardy for a week, both for work and leisure. The Apartment with Terrace room was spacious and beautiful. The staff were incredibly accommodating, especially when helping my elderly mother with her shower and wheelchair. The location was fantastic, with plenty of restaurants in every direction and easy access to the subway. The hotel was also child-friendly and easy to navigate with a stroller. a wonderful stay and I look forward to returning.

Loved very good staff and location of the hotel. Excellent bathroom, exceptionally comfortable bed, large bedroom. Great weekend in this quiet area. Moreover, I went to the lake, it's 15 minutes walk away.

Fairly clean and cosy place with pleasant staff.

I was impressed with the large suite and amazing service at this central location hotel. Despite an issue with our initial room, the staff quickly resolved it and upgraded us without hesitation. I highly recommend Lombardy.

only one lift was working - long wait at peak hours. waking up one morning by the cleaning lady at 8.30 to do the room while the children were sleeping - 8.30 is still too much to disturb the guests.

The room did not have a kitchenette as offered in the reservation in order to prepare dinner. The people at the reception, as we did not want to take the taxi offered to us to go back to the airport, did not help us with the departure of the suitcases.

Large one bedroom suite with kitchenette and walk-in closet. Modern bathroom, separate living/dining room with table for 6, large sofa and flat screen TV. Quiet atmosphere, feels like an apartment building. Comfortable king sized bed with another flat screen TV. Will return!

During my Christmas stay, I thoroughly enjoyed the central location of the hotel. It was convenient to access public transportation and was close to all the major attractions. the staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. the room provided ample space and was elegantly furnished, exceeding my expectations.

One aspect that could have been improved was the water pressure in the shower. It was not as strong as I would have liked it to be.

The room at Lombardy was incredibly spacious and had a cozy, apartment-like feel. The small kitchenette was a real lifesaver, allowing us to prepare quick meals and snacks. The location was perfect for exploring the city, with plenty of subway stations nearby. Plus, the turndown service with high quality chocolates was a delightful touch. we had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this hotel.

We loved the convenient location close to Times Square and the attractions we wanted to visit. The hotel facilities were well-maintained and the cleanliness was impeccable. The staff was always helpful and friendly. Breakfast was included and we enjoyed the fresh and tasty options.

The quality of breakfast is just deplorable. At least fresh bread in the morning, is that too much to ask for?

The regular breakfast, but we could take it to the room. Only one elevator was working because the other was under repair, but I understand that at some point it has to be done and we had to do it right during our stay.

Spacious and well-equipped rooms: the room we stayed in during our Christmas trip was absolutely amazing. It was incredibly spacious and had a kitchenette, which was a huge plus.

1 out of 2 elevators permanently out of order, very gray construction work in front of the lote, under our windows, so very noisy. It will last at least 1 year... So if you stay in your room to work, it's not nice. Not possible to open the window either. It's only temporary. The hotel is not for nothing.

We stayed 10 days and every morning the same thing. Very little choice. No diversity. The breakfast staff lacked smiles and we almost felt like we were bothering them when we asked them for something.
